Nominate a VOLUNTEER Hero! Celebrate the County of Maui Volunteer Center’s Volunteer Hero Program at the Annual Celebration of Service. This fun event is hosted during April’s National Volunteer Week, April 12-18, 2015.
The purpose of the Volunteer Hero Program is to recognize volunteers for their outstanding community service and giving back to help others. This special program is another venue for your organization to say “Mahalo” to that special person who gives so freely of their time.
Volunteer Heroes will be recognized on April 16, 2015 with the Honorable Mayor Alan M. Arakawa. All Volunteer Heroes will receive a special invitation to the Celebration of Service, a Certificate of Appreciation, lei and a recognition token.
You must be a non-profit or government agency to submit an application and only one application per organization.
