Velasco, Executive Secretary of the Neighborhood Commission, City & County of Honolulu Nicole A. Velasco serves as the Executive Secretary of the Neighborhood Commission. On behalf of the City & County of Honolulu, she oversees an office staff of 15 which administers the Neighborhood Board System comprised of 33 active boards, 437 board members, and a commission of nine members. Velasco is the youngest appointed Cabinet member of the Caldwell Administration. Nicole has worked as an analyst for both the Hawaii State Office of the Auditor and the Finance Committee of the Hawaii State House of Representatives.
