One of the first volunteers in the Reserve at the DLNR, Division of Forestry, Maui NARS, Larry Boysen has been a true volunteer leader. The organization especially appreciates his handyman skills, which Larry readily donates to any project, including getting a projection screen and cell signal booster up and running and other notable improvements. He can be found at Waiala Cove numerous times a week volunteering and helping answer visitors’ questions and keeping the area beautiful for others. He also served on the organization’s first marine debris removal trip with the Surfrider team and is always willing and ready to tackle the next challenge.
