Pacific Primate Sanctuary would like to nominate Jay Goldlist for being an outstanding volunteer. Pacific Primate Sanctuary is a wildlife conservation organization committed to caring for and protecting all primates. They provide extensive training and education, including outreach programs on animal care to the public.

Jay has been volunteering at Pacific Primate Sanctuary for over two years now. Although not a full-time Maui resident, he volunteers for several days per week whenever he is on the island. Despite being part-time, his efforts have not gone unnoticed. No matter the weather conditions, Jay is always there to extend a helping hand, offering to assist with daily tasks and looking after facilities.

Jay’s work process and work ethic are simple. Whenever he volunteers, he always remains focused and efficient with any project he takes on. More specifically, he takes pride in making sure the Sanctuary grounds, garden, and facilities are in excellent condition. His enthusiasm, diligence, and can-do attitude are an inspiration to the other team members.

Pacific Primate Sanctuary is so thankful for his outstanding service, and they are deeply grateful to have him on their team. His dedication and efforts to the organization make him an inspiration to all and a true volunteer hero.
