2014 Network of Volunteer Leaders Volunteer Conference

Each year, NOVL hosts an annual professional development conference to bring together people from across the state who work with, or depend upon, volunteers or are associated with organizations that do. This annual gathering provides an important opportunity to work toward achieving our collective vision of an active and caring community in which volunteerism and volunteer leadership are a vital and integral part of sustaining and contributing to Hawaii’s heritage.

During this year’s conference, we will examine the culture of service and how integral it is to our success as volunteer leaders. At the conference we will explore what service means and how we can create a culture of giving with our volunteers, supporters, donors and administrative staff. It will be a wonderful networking opportunity to meet other professionals in the field and share ideas, concepts and values on being a volunteer leader.
